6. Transactions and Blockchain
Centrix operates on a centralized ledger that tracks the ownership history of coins. Transactions within the Centrix system are secured by cryptographic signatures, and all coins are issued under a Proof of Work (PoW) scheme. While mining encourages fair distribution, transactions can take place without the need for mining or blockchain technology. By using Centrix, you acknowledge and accept that transactions are irreversible and cannot be altered once confirmed.
7. No Liability for Loss
You acknowledge that Centrix (CLC) is an experimental project and that there are inherent risks involved in using the Platform. Centrix, its team, developers, and affiliates are not liable for any losses, damages, or other consequences arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Loss of coins or assets due to technical errors, hacking, or unauthorized access.
Inability to access your account or assets.
Changes to the Platform’s features, technology, or functionality.
Losses related to fluctuations in the value of Centrix coins or other cryptocurrencies.
