At Centrix (CLC), we are committed to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and engaging community for all our users. Whether you’re interacting with us on Discord, Telegram, or other official channels, these Community Guidelines are designed to help foster a positive environment. By participating in our community, you agree to abide by these guidelines.
1. Respectful Communication
We expect all members to communicate respectfully and kindly with one another. Discrimination, harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Treat others as you would like to be treated.
2. No Spamming or Flooding
Do not spam or flood the chat with repeated messages, irrelevant content, or promotional links. This includes excessive self-promotion, advertising, or disruptive behavior that detracts from productive conversations.
3. No Scams or Fraudulent Activity
We strictly prohibit any form of scam, fraud, or malicious activity. Do not share false information or encourage others to participate in illegal activities. Be cautious of fake offers, phishing scams, or unsolicited links and messages. Centrix will never ask for your private keys or personal information in direct messages (DMs).
4. Official Communication and DMs
Centrix (CLC) team members and moderators will never contact you via direct message (DM) first. Any messages claiming to be from Centrix asking for personal details, funds, or private keys are fraudulent. Always verify the identity of anyone claiming to be a team member and only engage through official channels. If in doubt, report suspicious messages to the moderators.
5. Maintain a Safe and Welcoming Environment
Our community is for everyone, regardless of background, experience, or knowledge level. We encourage members to ask questions and share their experiences in a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere. Be patient with new users and always offer help in a constructive manner.
6. Stay On-Topic
Please keep the discussions relevant to the community. We encourage discussions about Centrix (CLC), cryptocurrency, technology, and other related topics, but avoid off-topic or irrelevant chatter that disrupts the flow of the conversation.
7. No Harassment or Bullying
Harassment, bullying, or personal attacks will not be tolerated. This includes targeting individuals based on their race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics. Everyone should feel safe and respected in the community.
8. Respect Privacy
Do not share any personal information about yourself or others without consent. This includes email addresses, phone numbers, or any sensitive data. Respect everyone’s privacy both online and offline.
9. Use Appropriate Language
Please refrain from using vulgar, obscene, or offensive language in the community. All members should be able to participate in a professional and respectful environment.
10. Moderation and Enforcement
Centrix (CLC) has a dedicated team of moderators who actively monitor chats to ensure these guidelines are followed. If you violate these guidelines, you may receive a warning, a temporary mute, or, in serious cases, a ban from the community.
Moderators and team members are here to help maintain order and enforce the rules. If you see any violations, report them to the moderation team rather than engaging in the disruption yourself.
11. Reporting Violations
If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to the moderation team. You can contact a moderator or use the available reporting tools on the platform. We will review the reports and take appropriate action based on the severity of the violation.
12. Changes to the Community Guidelines
Centrix (CLC) reserves the right to update or modify these Community Guidelines at any time. Any changes will be posted in the community channels. We encourage all members to review the guidelines periodically to stay informed of any updates.
